For kit parts packaging for different parts.The diversified packaging system production line allows operators to freely switch between required vibration plate configurations for automatic material feeding, with partial manual input on certain lines. This enables an efficient and versatile fully automated packaging production line.

The machine's electrical control is based on PLC control, and the operation is managed through a color Human-Machine Interface (HMI) touchscreen, which is simple and easy to operate.

This system is suitable for packaging mixed bags of products with different specifications. It can handle irregular items, diverse products, mixed products, and assembly packaging, with the flexibility to use a diversified production line that can be adapted and switched as needed.

The machine can also be equipped with a printer or a labeling machine, allowing for the necessary product information to be printed or affixed to the bag in one process.

The system uses PE tubular plastic film, allowing operators to freely set the required bag length for cutting. This enables the machine to automatically cut and form bags, reducing the need for procurement personnel to maintain large plastic bag inventory. The system cuts only the amount needed for the packaging, providing a real-time packaging production line and, in turn, reducing film costs.

For irregular or easily entangled products :In automatic mode, the machine works with the feeder tray to perform material feeding. It can also be switched to manual mode, where the automatic feeder tray is turned off, and material feeding is done manually. This allows the machine to offer a versatile packaging system, enabling operators to freely switch between different modes based on packaging requirements, completing the packaging process efficiently and effectively.
